$81 is not much, if you had fake info on that account it would've been easier, but since it's your real one as stated, all I can say is that you should probably pay it as if they could take action.

Yeah just go ahead and pay it unless you were selling a physical item. PayPal is more serious about this kind of thing.

how do you get negative balance? whenever i pay for stuff that cost more than i actually have,it say payment declined or insufficient funds.
