Got hacked

So someone decrypted my stealer and i got my gmail hacked now i have his ip should i call his ISP or it does nothing? Also he is so stupid if he had change to get my clash royale clan with 36k trophies he just started kicking people and now he added me on skype and said "OMFG i decrypted your save.dat stealer omg i delete all your gmails" Hes from same country as me tho. It was my old gmail too but it still had good stuff. I changed all passwords too. Im actually scared even after i changed my passwords because i have 2 legendary cards arena 10 and tons of epic cards. Also my coc account which is more valuable.
