Settings won't save

Hello, so my problem with CF is settings. When i change anything in settings it won't save it. For example when i change video settings i click save and it only reset them, its like im pressing reset instead of save. I have tested everything i found on internet. I also changed the compatibility settings.

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards, Chris.
