In what order should I close the game and hack, does it matter?
close hack first or csgo?

and how delayed are the vac ban, when should I stop worrying ?

any advise on running hack other then not being oblivious?

Use public hacks max 24hours from release. ( I recommend )

Not all, ddx got detected after 3 hours
But i used leaked russian hack called "rektware" 10 days and was fine
