I'm wondering that because now that we can copy a servers scripts. What I mean is this.
I load the server with my own luas instead of their luas, so I can do thing sthey can't. It's simple, but it may be patched out.

I'm not entirely sure by the way that you worded your question, but I think you're looking for information on how a detour works.
I'm pretty certain this is the entire point of Scripthook.
This is pretty easy to do, as Cyaegha said scripthook can be used to do this or any other similar system.

It's an undocumented feature in scripthook that if you modify _SCRIPT it will run that code instead. I made something like what your talking about for natural selection 2, I was halfway through porting it to gmod before I got bored.

Won't work in all cases, e.g.
