Boi my leg hurts so much and when I try to walk it feels like it's going to break apart

Take your MPGH diagnosis to the doctor, he'll laugh at you.
What did they tell you it was then?
Try some pain relieving medicine.
Or you can down a whole bottle of sleep medicine, then it'll go away forever

Amputate it
Keep posting on MPGH about it, should fix over 100 posts
If you take the advice of the professionals here on MPGH and amputate it, make sure you apple lemon juice and salt then cauterise the wound as fast as possible for maximum safety
