i think i'm on right plase now,so i did a mistake and now my ip is in black list of psn, and my ps4 now more useless then me now 
i get error nw-31456-9 , i tried proxy internet never works , i tried hotspot maybe i did wrong and it didn't work. so what should i do now 
did nothing and now works again
