using mods OFFLINE + menus

I dont care about online. any of these menus work offline or are they all strictly online only?



also how are people able to download mods and play them in their gtav with out the game constantly want to connect. i tried blocking it via the windows firewall which had zero effect.

You can use some menus offline, Menyoo needs to be online to auth, but you can get the SP version.

Most of them work offline, Menyoo being an exception. If you have signed in to Rockstar servers at least once in the last 24 hours, it will let you play in offline mode for one session, after which you will need to sign in again for verification, so you can just disconnect your internet at that time.
