I know its sounds stupid, but is there a way to have infinite charge/battery ?

You'd have to figure out what value the game is assigning to the flashlight, and then freeze the value so it stays constant.
Good luck finding the address where the battery value is being held though. Seems highly unlikely considering it's a bar and not a 100/100 type of deal like ammo

Most likely it's a float value, but you'd have to run CE under EAC to do this.
You can't because you need to be in game with other players and you can't play (join a lobby) if you bypass the eac and if you don't bypass it will get you banned with CE so I don't think you can do this.
indeed you cant bypass EAC in this Case. Result: ban/method wont even work
I know one way to make this close real, all you need is the right addons on it. You can do it with CE.

1 charge is roughly 1 second
If you use odd bulb + halogen it'll insta-blind killers. Just a quick flash and it should blind quickly if you have the headshot lined up
2 Odd bulb is more quicker than Odd bulb + Halogen ?
