Crossfire damn slow

Ok I got 133 ping and around 55fps but when I join a game or I quit a game or It ends it takes like 30secs or more until Iam back in the lobby its annoying. I cant even play clan war cause in halftime im to slow to join for the second half And sometimes I get errors and d.c without a reason?!_
Is my ping not stable? or is it the update?
I Need some advices I run gamebooster and Ccleaner every week

dnt download anything while playing...

hmm..maybe is the server or the host in game..

hmmm...then contact ur ISP and tell tem the problem....

i had the same problem..i had to lower my gfx...witch sucks cuz i normally can play with highest n so on,but im using a hack so idk...

well if it just started now and it worked fine before,its his internet that sucks now or he got a virus O.o

If CrossFire is slow, your PC is bad/doesn't meet requirements, or clean your PC and use Gamebooster.
