ava dont work

hey all i got problem with ava
i lunch REACTOR
i login
i press start game
then that picture with ava show up
and then it go back to REACTOR
and the game not lunch i dont have any eror
wth is this..
it's been like this for 5 days and i got 500G-coins last week
i wana start play but i can pls help me!

i had the same problem when i bought the norton AV 2010,
go to the protocolls of AntiVirus and change AVA.exe (in the Quarantine section)to a safe file. i dont know how to explain it in english.

try to reinstall IJJI reactor

why don't you go to the ijji support forums you idiot, also clean up your grammar or use Google translate to translate your native language to English so people don't think you're retarded.
