Post approval when a new person joins and posts a new topic he or she should have to wait for a minion or moderator to approve the post therefore reducing spam once the person gets 50 + posts or 25 + then he or she should be able to post without needing an approval..
If you got nothing positive to say simply don't say it cause all your doing is spamming..

why u didnt write directly to an admin haha
and once they receive the report and look at the post and establish it's spam they'll then ban you and if your lucky (I.P Ban =o)
