Recording?

Hey im just wondering if anyone has some programs that would help record gameplay for crossfire. I do the save at the end of the game but when i open sometimes it works then others it crashes saying Theres an error. What i do when it works is watch it and wait for good kills then use fraps to capture that certain moment which has worked perfect. But its pissing me off that it doesnt work all the time anyone eles know another way to record certain moments in a demo?? or a different player to watch the demo in?
