Opskins refundable?

Is opskins refundable? Like can I put money in And just refund it on PayPal withought them replying too the dispute?
Or will they reply too it And I'll have too argue?

I have heard if you pay via g2a pay under $50 they won't reply, however they ip ban and ban that steam account linked to it instantly

i have chargebacked bitskins,g2a about $600 in total. no ban no dispute reply

I know they are, but I get frusterated when these people claim shit such as "Apple is so easy" and "refunded OP Skins" when they are users with no rep and provide zero proof

I have heard opskins bans with exceptional speed when paypal disputing it.

If it were as easy as G2A why aren't there a single OPSkins refund service in the marketplace

VPN and VBA? Sure you can get banned every single time, but if you're refunding $200 at a time per pp account, wouldn't it be worth it to buy a VBA/VCC per pp?
