[Question] How to make mods work?

Hello!

I understand that for .DTX files, you must inject the proper REZ files with RezInject, delete the original .REZ, and rename the .REZNEW to .REZ.

I understand that for modified .REZ files, you can just drag and drop into the Combat Arms Game folder.

However, no mod I've ever used has ever worked for me. Can you offer me any tips or solutions? I'm dying to make some work. Thank you so much!
