Neiman marcus order refund

Lately i've ordered a <$200 item from Neiman Marcus on reshipping company. One dude tried to refund it, but then he said they noticed it is a reship.
Looking for somebody experienced enough who would fix it for 20%. Will pay via PayPal after i will get a e-mail confirmation or a credit on account.
