Card/bank statement for Paypal?

Paypal got limited, I quickly need this to send back to a special someone! - I need photo-id, which I can probably provide myself , but I also need that bank/card statement.

I used a VCC, so how would I go about this? Can the guy I bought the VCC from access and give this to me, or do I have to photoshop something? I'm totally out of clue here..

I believe you already know that a VCC actually defeats the whole purpose of verification because basically you are using someone's account to verify yours. The purpose of verification is to determine that you are who you say you are.
That's pretty much the risk of using something like a VCC because once you are found out, you are done for.

The only thing is to use further lies by falsifying credit card statements and hope and pray that Paypal does not go verify it because if they do, you will be digging a deeper hole for yourself.

I believe that Paypal found out that you are using a VCC and just give you a chance to come clean.

However, with all that said, I do not recommend you do anything. Your friend just have to take it as a learning experience and move on. Next time, use a bank-issued credit card and you will this problem.

Maybe you should just tell PayPal... Or do some research...........
