Need Help .

So lately my Combat arms have been lagging like shit . I derno weither its my internet or my laptop . Could you tell me whats wrong ?
When i look away from the crowd i dont lag but when i 4 people come close to me i lag like crazy . Its a glitchy lag .

Processor intel(r) core(TM) duo cpu t6400@2.00ghz 2.00 ghz
Ram 4.00GB
64bit operating system

Using vista & running it best performance & low quality . Using game booster also .

Usually its the hardrive and how much it can process. But it could also be crappy connection. Try re-installing the game.

Do i really need to ? I just defragged CA & dl all the random logs they put in the folder , also deleted SS's .

Re-installing only deletes the current files it originally downloaded, and replaces them with the same files.

First of all, vista sucks.

Get a cracked windows 7 or XP

What I did was check processes, make sure nothing over 30k is running, that isnt needed.

Use a game booster too, that helps alot.

If all else fails, save up for a new computer? ;P

Don't play games.

Agree with King, Im using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bits and my CA runs very Smooth...

when i have texture.res removed, game booster , 16bit & low quality @ best performance ,my fps drops to like 6 . LOL when i have it on its 11. weird .

If it's internet lag that occurs every few seconds, then it's because Vista has a wireless feature called "autoconfig" that checks for new available internet connections. You'll need to turn that off.

Ever since i started using google chrome, My internet got better o.o
