Link Issue

Im having trouble adding a Outside Link to my Signature it keeps blocking it.

The Outside Link was Approved by Shocking.

It keeps blocking the webs part!

How would I fix this or can a Mod get it to work for me?

Maybe because its an site not allowed on MPGH
