i added full Instruction. Just download a attach. Extract to Desktop. Run Injector as Admin. Choose this file and csgo.exe. Press inject and in csgo press Insert

I Think you got a VAC Authentication Error when you disconnected. I Think to solve this problem you will need to verify the integrity of the CSGO File
