What do I do when it has this part? Doing an Alta.

So what you have to do is show proof of your FITBIT device.

So you have to upload a picture of the device you're SE. you need a little piece of paper write the chase nr on it lay it next to the fitbit device and take a picture and upload it and you're done.

Well you have to look for people who has an alta some people provide those picture with the case nr for money like 3-5dollars max I can get you a picture too if you want.
