This is the second time this has happened, i told them the battery started leaking acid. How can i prevent this?

Im not supposed to? Last 2 times i did it they sent a link to fill out the shipping details, now these two times they did ask about it over live chat. So if i didn't change the email wouldn't the owner see the shipping details and have the option to edit/cancel the order?

if you change the email under account settings 99% of the time, your order wil be cancelled.

Just say at the end you have a new email to send it to.
Sometimes they end up sending the real person an email too but it still works most times.
