Play in a private server for free?

Okay, first off please dont call me a noob -.- i am used to fps's and know very minimal about WoW.... i was wanting to give this game a try, but im not wanting to pay... are there any PS type versions of WoW that you dont need to pay for? thanks for helping, and to any flamers i apolagize for not having very much knowledge of Wow
