QVC signed

The package was delivered today at my uncle's house. He drew a squiggle on it instead of signing a fake name. The UPS page said it was received by my last name, does this make it impossible to refund?

It makes it a lot harder to refund. I'd highly recommend contacting @Wyo or @dkton as they're both professionals.

I recommend them both too. They are some of the best in the business.

i can do this for you, ive even done qvc to starships, but i charge 50% upfront and I take 3 years to complete. but its guaranteed.

More like you're uptight as well. I wasn't even being serious. But then again you can't really tell that just from reading text.

It's harder to refund if package is signed. You can get full refund without problems or you can refund for example 3 of 5 items to be safe
