New ID for the item transform ?

So, I was trying to change some items when i put the ID "608" (the ID for blank space, I use it to know my items ids cuz its not the same on all people) But the case is that i've seen that the id 608 is for all people.
Then, I tried to put it and I saw that the ids were a too small amount, and when I put the flashlight for see the ID it didn't appear.
After that, i put the flashlight ID that I was using (26661) and same problem, not the same ID as before.

The update is 1.4.0, the last update.(CE, ovbiously)
Somebody know if that's changed?

"647" is the new blank slot ID.
and the IDs are not starting with 26*** or 27*** anymore. its starting with 54*** or something like that
