Quest Without Prerequisites

So I'm a bit new to LeBot, was wondering if I don't have prerequisites for quests if I could still complete them? Like for Le Bot, theres a drop down menu that I can use to accept insanely insane which is a original paragon only pet quest. I don't have the pet, would that be a problem (i.e. getting banned) if I did those kinda quests?

i believe you cant accept the quest.

Basically you can't complete them, when the bot tries it says ''Quest complete failed!'', so you are just wasting time using those bots.
