What CAN i do and what can i NOT do in order not to get banned? I've seen some accounts with a humiliating 'BANNED" below their name and that kinda made me curious

It's just like Country laws, you have to dedicated to study them. But to be honest, normal people don't even read it. So just use common sense around here.
