HSN?
Do you know if they do investigations after a refund? The limit most refunders set it at is $3,000 so if I get something like $1,800 I should be fine but I'm worried about getting an investigation (UPS coming to my house and stuff).
Anyone refunded HSN recently know anything about this? I saw some old threads that said that they got an investigation but those threads were like 2 weeks ago.
Every company conducts an investigation. Depending on your previous refunds, address, payment method and the actual product, the courier may or may not come around to your house. They usually don't though, and in the rare cases that they do, they usually just call/email you or ask you to sign a piece of paper confirming that you received the package.
