I will not give a replacement whatsoever unless link doesn't work when purchased.
No Refunds are going to be given to anyone.
I can refuse selling to you.
If the fitbit link doesn't come i can't do anything about it.
If you do not receive your anything from the form by 2 weeks from time of purchase (excluding weekend days) you will receive another replacement form of any desired tracker, only once.
Why are they so cheap?
These Fitbit replacement forms are so cheap because they do not have a 100% success rate. When a replacement is requested, the intended user of the form is notified and it is up to them to cancel the order. If they do not cancel the order, your Fitbit should arrive promptly. The success rate is around 25% which is why it is recommended to buy a few.
What information do I put in?
For color, you can pick the color tracker you'd like. For name, we recommend to leave it as is, however this is not strict. You can use your own name if you want but there is a higher risk of cancelling. For "Where did you buy it", you can put "Amazon". You can fill out the rest of the form with your shipping address.
