Hey my dumbass sold something without knowing the rates and ive managed to rack up 25 $ anyway to just unlink my ebay from paypal and dip?

You just won't be able to sell anymore. I had around $40 worth of fees sitting around for months because I didn't bother paying it. I had the money though, just didn't want to pay it up b/c I didn't have anything to sell.
I paid it when I had to sell something recently. Wasn't really a big deal.

It's only $25 you might as well pay it. Messing with them will give you hell in the future especially if you are using legitimate personal information.
eBay are bitches trust me, they took £30 out my bank twice without my consent.
If you used legit info, they are going to send it to collections after a few months. I would just pay it.
