You do not* need the bypass on to use this program. You aren't actually modifying the game files or anything of the sort, so you're fine if you do nothing. Just follow the SIMPLE instructions OP gave you under the "Usage" tab. Easy.
And there is always a small ban risk with every cheat or anything with every game. I doubt the risk in this case is high though, being as you aren't touching files of the game, or doing anything that involves $ in any way (as the devs seem to hate when we touch things that might involve money...) So in summary about ban risk, <1%

dl this 3 days ago, and used it afew times, its a nice tool, at first I thought if you use it in game you can dc the whole session including everyone in game, but it doesn’t work like that, it only makes you dc yourself, but the other players are still playing including the killer, its kinda useless tool if you use it a lot since players can report you for dcing too much times I guess. I tend to use it only if a killer is camping me or I want to dodge a killer that I don't like. For me it takes around 25-30 seconds to work once you start it, you don't need bypass at all.

The time required to DC varies depending on the killers connection.

Sometimes you can DC in 20 seconds, sometimes it takes 40 seconds.

This doesn't matter. You said it didn't work. Other people have said it works for them. Either you're doing something wrong, or you didn't wait long enough.
