My account has 2 refunds done already.
–WoW Playtime (solved via live chat)
–Overwatch Legacy edition (solved via a ticket)

I used both my PayPal and my CC as payment methods already, so they would already know.

Is there a way to get a third refund done? I would love to get some free RP.

lmao them fuckers did the same thing to me. Bought CS:GO and the key didn't work, reported the transaction and they suspended my account. Still got to chargeback on PayPal and get my money back.

You know something's wrong when legitimate customers don't receive refunds but refunders do...

Just go on live chat and complain, be furious that you have had so many problems with their shitty website.

That's how I refund, but it always depends on the rep. They can check how many times you actually refunded and i got 2 in a row atm.
