Cetera Bot Making guide?

Carbon has them too but I want to learn how these advanced functions work on Cetera. Yes, I do understand the basic concept of them but it seems that it's harder to get them work according to your plan. Can someone help me out? Also, what does Cetera's bot speed function do?

Edit: I'm trying to make a Legion Token bot using these advanced functions so that it will not get stuck because the monsters are still attacking you.

I can only answer the speed function is how fast you want the bot to move on to the next command, like join room, go here and attack at a certain speed.

Cetera's adv functions aren't like carbon. It works as a command line, checks if the condition is true, and then performs the next line. The index command is used to send the flow of control up or down the number of lines specified.
