xgincode3 error. 0xe019100c

ok so i used hack before.. and always when i try to login to ava .. even with out hack program..
i keep getting this error. >>>>>http://prntscr.com/edliji
i really dont know how to fix.. so please if anyone have any idea how to fix reply to this topic. thanks!

I have same problem with others people, i has user hack before and now i dont use but i get the tabel about hack ``Xinerror`` I dont use hack now i get the tabel when i play after 5-10 minutes or more i get this and disconect from game, Can you help me pelase?

the same error here, I just wanna know if this error means that my pc has been banned or my account ?

And if I use a new pc or if i format my laptop, can I replay ?
