No overwatch ban?

I've been cheating on comp for quite a while, I played 29 total; cheated 26. I just started to notice how OW doesn't ban me because I rage hack more than 2 games per day and solo queue. I rarely get kicked, If I do get kicked, 7 day ban for me. Does overwatch not work? Or is it kinda like VAC; barely working anymore?

I've been threatened with a report bot 5 times, no OW. I've seen people report me (copy pasted the report message). So I doubt it's no reports. I even been matched and had to do HvH's.

If you use free cheat it's 100% ban, but the ban will be delayed. If you use private or paid cheat you won't be ban unless you get 11 reports in 24 hours, or get reportbotted.

P2C/private cheats can be detected (harder / a lot harder)

Maybe the ban staff are on vacation atm? Delayed ban?
