So, I might get a pc later on this year.

ASUS H110M Motherboard
Crucial 8GB DDR4 Ram
Zotac GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Edition
Western Digital 1TB HDD
EVGA PSU 80+ Certified
Sharkoon Gaming Case

is it decent enough to run high/ultra on most games? 1080p

price is 689 euro

You should probs not get an intel processor, and you should wait for Ryzen's cheaper cpus to come.

You'll have more than enough power to run most titles on high to ultra settings. You'll get great FPS on games like H1Z1 and CS:GO. Games like Battlefield 1 might run smoother on lower setting but it will certainly be playable.

I could flex my specs but what would be the point.
Anyways OP, that should be fine. You'll be able to run most of the games on ultra settings just fine, the only thing I would worry about is your cooling.
