i pay via paypal .. anyone know how to get back my money ? not family and friends .

Open a dispute on him , that's all.

Just do the unauthorized payment thing, you will get your money back in no time. PP will always side with the buyer.

What do you say as an excuse for the unauthorized payment?
I tried once a while ago saying it wasn't me but it didn't work :/

Did you file a scam report?

How did you send the payment. Bank, CC, balance?

dont do that, they will see you lied about it and you can get your paypal banned

if it was a digital item just say it didnt arrive and he has low chance of winning a case

its outside of mpgh .. sadly
i send via my card ( they used sully ) i purchase via link ..

Just open dispute and they'll usually come through for you no problem lol

Try calling your credit card company and claim that it was an unauthorized purchase.

not sure how it work, i contacted them, they told me to contact paypal first, if cant solve only contact them .. and they will block my card and i need go to bank to renew a new card. so there is no way i can chargeback and win ?

Did you call PayPal about it?
You said "not family and friends", so I assume it's "goods and services" which means you can chargeback.

Try unauthorized transaction. Cause paypal doesn't cover for e-items (assuming you got scammed for that).

Got scammed ..
