QQ? need help real bad

ok i got a bad problem with my cod6 mw2 it neva saves progress, every time i load up mw2 multiplayer it says your data is from and old version of the game and that i need to reset my rank and unlocks to continue can some 1 please help me other wise ill throw my tower out the window its anoying me that much lol

I can say that you used a lvl up program wich was outdated try finding one for the version you are currently playing.

Delete Local Content on the My Games list @ Steam, then reinstall
