🙁 Lost account.

So,I've had this account for almost 2 years now.It isn't mine,my friends idk how he got it,anyways i gave it to one of my friends and when we changed the password next day the account's password was changed and I'm 100percent sure that it isn't one of the 2 who know the password.I got the ID that is all i sent a ticket to z8games with a couple of screenshots with me ingame and as i expected i didn't get it back.
Any help please? the account is REALLY good as well.It really sucks. the name is Q]-[Q.

You aren't gonna get it back from a couple of screenshots on that account since you have to see it in the eyes of the support anybody can get screenshots of your account either from being on it or yourself posting on it over media ie interwebs or social media. The only way you are bound to get the account back is if you know the original info such as security question and answer along with creation date and possibly ZP transactions.

Pretty much unless you can pull something out of your ass that they somehow believe that is your account.

RIP account, you need many proofs to get it back, and the support is horrible
