How to fix it this? The event chest in ice tomb don't spawn but in chat it shows it has spawned?

what client are you using? Make sure you have the latest build. Even though the client still officially shows "27.7.X11" in the lower left corner, there was a newer build released a few days ago. Hence why you see all the "27.7.X11.1" releases on this forum.
