I got banned from paypal saying that ive made to many accounts and one of my accounts are permanntly ban . I need a paypal account because thats the only way i can get money. Anyway I can make one? Also for whoever says change ip . Whats the best way to change ip for paypal because I would need the same ip everytime when i login

Just use a vpn on your browser such as hoxx and run the vpn before accessing paypal.

Vpns don't work with paypal payments

If you have a dynamic IP, restart your Router for 5 min max and your IP should be changed.

Actually you can. You just have to login with the vpn in paypal and try to send money after 2-3 hours (while the last IP used to login to the account remains the one of the vpn). Works fine for me.

i dont have dyanmic ip tryna change it

change ISP or ask your current one to change your ip. Tell him you have problems with accessing some websites or that you are ddosed lately.
