You still need $1 or $2 on the VCC to verify the card. $0 cards won't verify a PP, sadly.

Can prove this. They will probably ask for ID and etc, after few days.

I don't know what you guys are talking about i use these cards and they can be verified even thought they have 0$ in them.

With my Visa i could verify the account without any money in the card, the card in the picture above is 0$
