Maybe because you added a blank vcc to verify your PayPal? How do you expect it to work if you didn't add 1-2USD in the VCC to verify it? Hence, if you told me you'd use it for PayPal I'll definitely warn you. It also took you like a whole week to pay me 3$ , I don't see why you'll complain here lol

I run a huge shop averaging around 200$ in sales. I don't have time to find old messages and deal with people.
The vcc had 1$ in it (so you said) and also I didn't state my purpose beforehand.
Pretty sure this is bullshit.

But you didn't verify the account. You just added the card in. You didn't even ask me for the verification code. Also the card is loaded. Sorry for my mistype

._. Really? There's a process where they'll ask for $1-2 from the VCC and a verification code will be sent to the CC company. Then I'll provide you the code, after that you account is really "verified". Without that of course your account will be limited lol. If you told me you'd use it for Paypal I probably would have reminded you about the procedures then your account wont be limited in the first place
