Scammed

So a while ago I bumped a guy thread asking if he still had the account. He replied on the thread he did.
I made a offer and told him to add my Skype so we can talk
He said he doesn't give or his Skype until he got good offers.
Flash forward a day he adds me and we couldn't make a deal.
Flash forward 3 weeks he sees my post on wanting to trade accounts and I accept.
He said for me to go first and I did.
Turns out he's a impersonator
But I couldn't have known that so who's fault was it?

Your fault unfortunately.

If it's impostor, it's your job to double check and verify the person's identity on MPGH. Yes it can be quite tedious but it's better to always verify on MPGH at the exact moment of the trade to avoid these kinds of situations.

Should have asked what his MPGH account was and to have him leave a message on your profile.

You'll get it back provide evidence phone number for example

Your fault, your doing. Shouldn't have traded with a fakie.

Sorry to hear you got scammed but it was preventable, make sure to confirm the identity of any user on MPGH before trading.
