Nike UK refund, delivery issue

I'm looking for someone experienced in Nike UK refunds, normally i would get one package with 3 pairs of shoes in it. 2 expensive and one cheap. However, this time i have gotten two seperate packages delivered together. One box contains 2 expensive and other box one cheap one.

If you paid with PayPal just claimback from them if things dont go through with Nike.

80% of the time they dont even respond to that, so hopefully after a week of no response boom theres ur refund

I paid via Debit card unfortunately.

That guy claims to refund every store but i've seen him fail refunds and possibly get people in trouble with couriers.

This is UK, hard to do. I can try however. Add skype, for 15%.
