Recommend a Cell Phone

I want to get a new phone but I'm not sure which one to get. I'm an android user because apple is trash. I recently bought a G4 but it gets way too hot and the battery drains too fast.

So if someone could recommend me an android phone with good battery life, and takes good pictures that'd be great. G4 has a 16 MP rear camera and takes amazing pictures of my bud lol.

I don't game on my phone. Mainly social media, youtube & web browsing.
I was thinking about getting the s6 edge or the google pixel but I heard the pixel has battery draining issues as well.

I'd get the S6 Edge over the Pixel.

The Google Pixel is an interesting phone and I it has reasonable specs and a good camera too. Perfect for me at least.

I have the pixel, awesome phone. It survives for 2 days without charging.

Damn, I just realized the pixel is like $700 unlocked on eBay. Looks like I might be getting the S6 Edge lmao. If anyone has any better phones in mind let me know.

I think I'm gonna end up getting the OnePlus 3. Only about $450. It has snapdragon 820 and 6 GB of RAM, as well as a 16 MP camera

S6 would be a good option...

I was just looking at the OnePlus 4/5 whatever it's going to be called. It'll probably be cheaper than the Pixel 2 when they both release though. By like $150+ assuming the OnePlus 4/5 will be like around $450 and the Pixel 2 around $600. Might end up grabbing the OnePlus 3T though just because I'm impatient lol.

Instead of s6 edge i recommend s7 edge, i've mine from a year and works great!

If you're willing to wait about a month or so, the new S8 will be released and should cause the S7 to drop in price. The S7 is a great phone, has one of the best cameras at the moment (Pixel beats it but that's when the settings are configured for the conditions, the S7 has the best out of the box auto camera) and overall it's just one of the best phones on the market at the moment.

If you don't want to wait then you could buy a OnePlus 3T like you said, since that's also a very good phone, has lots of android modding support and the specs are the best for the price.

Just depends on what you want to do really. I wouldn't recommend getting an S6 since it doesn't have an SD card slot and compared to the S7 it's not very good. Also, if you get a Samsung phone, don't get an edge version unless you have very good hands and know that you wont drop it, since the glass is pretty weak on the edges and will smash when dropped.

Wait for galaxy S8 as Samsung has a good reputation for making good phones. I've been using a oneplus 2 for a while and I get constant app crashes and battery drain so I'm dumping it for iPhone when I get enough money.
