in the process of helping people do two refunds. UP
+vouch just got my desk and got my refund confirmation the very next day. OP is very easy to reach and is willing to answer all your questions regardless of how silly they are.
Half the questions i asked were explained in the book but i just wanted to make sure i was doing everything 100% correct. OP didn't show any sign of irritation.
In hindsight the book explains enough to get everything done yourself and the actual process is very easy. This being my first time i was just over worried about every little detail. Just follow the rules and the refund is simple.
Just noticed i got my refund as soon as the rep confirmed it(paypal). I still have to transfer that amount to my bank, but better than waiting for 5 days.

The book is 100% the best ebook I ever bought, fordummies just helped me do my second wayfair refund worth almost 2400 CAD , refund email took less then 16 hours . BIG VOUCH. He has helped so much it literally has made the refunds too easy. very happy with this book /his service!
