So basically, I had a customer who didn't disclose what he needed to beforehand the refund, and i only managed to refund 1 out of the 3. He is now unwillingly to provide his account for me to check what he has to hide. So he contacted a 'mod' refunder to refund for him and he said i fucked up his shit when he uses the same method.
If you didn't know, Google Inapp purchase refunds are impossible to fail even if you're a retard as the first refund for normally 10 transactions will definitely be refunded as a form of courtesy refund as part of their policy. Out of 50+ refunds I have successfully completed on MPGH, his refund is the first I failed. If i have been failing refunds, I would have agreed that it was my fault, however this time i doubt so.
So to the retarded mod & customer who had something to hide. #uck you.
Still i agreed to refund him due to the fact that I didn't check his lies beforehand processing the refund.
