Can someone explain how this scam works?

No way this is legit, Im wondering how this scam works? I found a series of eBay ads selling PC parts at like 90% value, with extremely vague descriptions.

they likely just wont ship the item but you get your money back anyhow

maybe it is just some kid trna scam, or they won't ship item and hope you don't do a chargeback. Or they can withdraw funds before you chargeback.

whether they withdraw or not you will still get a refund, their account will go negative and limited until debt is repaid

Sense they are new sellers, don't they need to wait like 30 days for withdraw?

i was a new seller, only took me 1 sold item and after like a month i had money instantly, could be sooner too i think, not sure.

They're going to ship you a piece of plastic and state that it was delivered.

It's a scam and anyone that falls for it deserves to lose the money in my opinion...

They will mark it as sent, but select the slowest postage option (60 days if I remember correctly.)

You can't mark it as not arrived for 65 days, and they hope that you will forget about it.

they're gonna ship u bricks or ice lel
