Your transaction gets intercepted by the CIA and they setup an ambuhsh. Just as soon as you look at the kohl's cashier, you will be bashed in the head with a skateboard. You get taken to the secret torture room and get your nipples pulled until you confess what you did on April 8, 1987 at 9:43 PM yo bastard!
Okay youre making me nervous

Oh you should be nervous, Thelonious de Jaccque
Fraud, it's pretty big deal.
Not worth it
Don't risk it if you don't know what you're doing.
I wouldn't do it is it high risk low reward
Depends on the type of egifts and for kohls it depends on the particular store. Some kohls are more strict than others and may get suspicious with you coming in with large amounts of kohls cash. For egifts, the food ones are generally fine. Egifts to stores like walmart, best buy etc. may cause suspicion again with large amounts. I generally wouldn't recommend going into the same store with large amounts of egifts or kohls cash on a regular basis.

Most of the content at the market place is mostly fraud too right? Which on is likely to get more attention? refunds or cracked egift?

How would they take action? will they send me a letter or just drop by my house?

Refunds are safer in my opinion, if anything happens you can always cancel them.
Kohl's cash are not traceable from what i heard so if you use it there shouldn't be any issue.

Aww man this is what ive been waiting for. I was thinking the same way but i have no proof that it's really untracable since it expires.
the account's original owner could file a complaint when they try to use their rewards at the store.

kohls can then check where/when the codes were used and possibly even look at the camera footage to determine who you are.

you don't want to be on the news as the guy who went to all the kohls close by and used other people's rewards for fraud

there are differences between using over 10k+ of kohl cash than using maybe couple of hundred of kohl cash
Fye kohls fraud department put a hold on a order I placed with kohls cash, trust they're catching that shit
